It may seem that we are in the process of witnessing what could be a repeat of the US election, but this time across the Atlantic Pond in France.
With the historic rejection by French voters of the two mainstream political parties in having their candidates nominated for president, it has come down to a somewhat inexperienced, establishment puppet in Emmanuel Macron, and the former leader of the Front National party, Marine Le Pen.

Earlier this week, Le Pen had temporarily stepped down as leader of her party, presumably to present an image of willingness to represent all French people, and not just those of her party.

Nicholas Vinocur and Charlie Cooper, writing for politico.eu on April 26th, asked if French pollsters were smarter. The article writes that: “For the first time since Britain’s vote for BREXIT shocked the world, pollsters are back in good graces. Thank the French for that.
France’s practitioners of the polling arts managed what their comrades in Britain and the U.S. embarrassingly failed to do in recent months by calling last Sunday’s first round of the presidential election spot on.
They attributed their success to better demographic modeling, in particular reaching first-time voters, seniors, the less-well educated and rural voters. Poor internet coverage is among the reasons why those groups tend to fall off radar screens. They also zoomed in on turnout, correctly assessing that abstention rates would be lower than in previous elections.”

With the results of last week’s primary election, the results were showing that Macron had a high enough standing that some were claiming that Le Pen would not be able to catch up.
The media in the US however thought the same thing about Hillary Clinton.
Once Bernie Sanders had been eliminated from the US election equation, the establishment got lazy and settled back into their naive confidence that Hillary had it all locked up.
However, it seems she did not.
Saim Saeed, in a Politico article on April 27th suggested that Le Pen has gotten off to a better start leading up to the second round election, than Macron has. Macron has apparently been plagued with a number of potential scandals that show him to be out of touch with the general population of the country.

Meanwhile, outgoing President Francois Hollande has publicly declared that he will be voting for Macron. Cynthia Kroet in her Politico article on April 24th reported that: “Hollande said Macron’s rival for the presidency, far-right candidate Marine Le Pen, posed a risk to France.
“The extreme right would divide France, stigmatize part of our citizens because of their origin or their religion. The far right is a risk for our country. Faced with such a risk, it is not possible to be silent,” Hollande said.
He said Macron would defend the values that unite France, rather than divide the nation.”

As an establishment, cabal-controlled puppet himself, it is unclear exactly which French values he was speaking of that unite France, unless it was the values of the unelected EU leadership that have been imposed upon all EU countries including France.
Hollande may have put a nail in Macron’s coffin however, since Hollande himself is not exactly held in very high regard among the general population. Emma Diltz in her Politico article on April 25th reported Le Pen as having welcomed Hollande’s endorsement of Macron. Diltz writes that: “ Le Pen, who will face off against Macron in a runoff on May 7, was filmed by BFMTV telling a butcher at Rungis International Market in Paris that the current head of state had been “completely discredited.”

This would seem to significantly expose the cabal alliances within France, and how desperate they are becoming to find some kind of strategy that will work for them, because these days, nothing seems to be going their way.
France24 reported on April 28th that: “Former presidential candidate Nicolas Dupont-Aignan on Friday endorsed far-right leader Marine Le Pen in France’s bitter presidential run-off.
Dupont-Aignan, who garnered 4.7 percent of votes in the first round, said he would vote for Le Pen in the second-round ballot on May 7 and would immediately join her campaign.

RT reported Macron as being a candidate who will deliver a weak France, and this is exactly what Brussels and Berlin want.

As hinted moments ago, all of this in France, and indeed all across Europe at this time are reflecting the fact that there appears to be chaos and perhaps even panic in Brussels, in NATO and also with the global cabal group generally.

The unrequited love of former Soviet bloc nations is slowly turning to scorn. The Euromaidan and ensuing civil war have laid bare an ideological and cultural divide ages old. With the global cabal in such disarray and panic, is it therefore any surprise that, for at least the third time in…maybe ten years that the western media is once again trying to plant seeds of nuclear war being launched by North Korea. While the West continues to dig itself deeper and deeper into debt, fear, chaos and conflict, the East only seems to be solidifying its partnerships and relations.
It is no secret why the West is falling apart. It is clear that the fiat currency system has failed; it is clear that humans have been enslaved to a criminal system of commercial law; it is clear that western leaders are not willing to put the welfare of their own people ahead of a criminal agenda that profits from war and chaos and it is clear that western leaders will stoop to almost any crime to keep their lies alive, even if it means falsifying history.. There are obviously other conditions as well attached to this.
Finian Cunningham, writing for Strategic-Culture.org reported that: “Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the International Arctic Forum this week on the real and present dangers from falsifying history. He said such deliberate distortion of history erodes international law and order, creating chaos and leading to further conflict.
The Russian leader deplored the use of history as an «ideological weapon» to demonize others, and he said that without proper understanding of history we are bound to repeat mistakes of the past.
Cunningham goes on to list several very blatant lies being put out by western leaders and media, including the events in Ukraine, the US, Syria, the Korean War, and these are only a very few of so many events.
Cunningham continues: “ If the Western public were fully informed of how the crises in Ukraine, Korea, Syria and Iran have been largely fomented by Western machinations then those conflicts would not continue as they are. Because the real causes of the conflicts would be widely exposed, showing Western government culpability, in particular Washington’s.
And then, if justice were to prevail, those Western politicians and news media outlets who have been responsible for obscuring, distorting and thereby fueling these conflicts would finally be held to account.”

This is therefore the very reasons for why BRICS was developed and now also the Belt and Road Initiative and all the trading deals to exclude the US dollar are moving forward aggressively at this time. Writing for The Duran on April 28th, Alexander Mercouris reported that: “Russia’s President Putin has met in the Oval Hall of the Kremlin with Li Zhanshu, Director of the General Office of the Communist Party of China, and chief of staff of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The meeting was held directly after Li Zhanshu held talks with his Russian counterpart Anton Vaino, who is the head of the Russian President’s Executive Office and who is President Putin’s chief of staff.”
Delivering a personal message from Xi to Putin, the message was translated in part, as follows: “ He told me to say that today, Chinese-Russian relations are going through their best period ever in our history. Today, our relations are deservedly called an example of relations between great powers, characterised by cooperation and mutual benefit. Today, our relations are very solid, mature, and are distinguished by strategic cooperation and a lasting nature.
He also said that despite the serious changes in the international situation, we will continue to work with you unfailingly adhering to three constants, namely: regardless of the circumstances, we will not change our policy of deepening and developing our strategic partnership and cooperation; our policy, based on joint development and prosperity, will not change; and our joint efforts to defend peace and justice and promote cooperation in the world will not change. These were the words of President Xi Jinping.”
As the article notes, this event is designed more to send a very public message to those still holding Washington and the world hostage.
Plans appear to moving forward on numerous levels to shake down the global cabal, and it is hardly necessary for Russia and China to to reaffirm their friendship publicly, unless there is a particular message to be sent somewhere.
Perhaps soon enough we may finally get to see what moves are done, and whether the curtain will finally come down on the global cabal.

In the Philippines, Baxter Dmitry, in an article on April 27th has reported that: “ President Duterte has vowed to “eradicate all traces of Rothschild financial criminality” from the Philippines, announcing that he will no longer respond to pressure or financial blackmail from the US government or Rothschild-controlled global banking institutions.
Before Rodrigo Duterte assumed the office of president, the Philippines was suffering from the effects of IMF/World Bank-imposed austerity and privatization that exploited its people and resources. It was also one of Asia’s most corrupt and troubled nations.”
Duterte has turned the country around however. The article continues: “Now the president is going after tax-dodging oligarchs and multinational corporations who haven’t paid a cent for decades. The elites and their media empires held former regimes to ransom. But they have no power over Duterte. And they are actually paying up.
How does Duterte get away with taking on the rich and powerful? It’s simple. He boasts a massive 83% popular approval rating across the country. The oligarchs cannot use the mainstream media to destroy him because the people don’t trust what the media says anymore.

In the US, Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard continues to stand up for the people of the people despite the risks. In an article from the MauiIndependent.org website on April 22nd, the following was reported: “ A foremost voice for peace in our nation, fueled by the aloha spirit, Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard spoke on Maui last night condemning America’s fixation with regime change.
Gabbard pointed out how American military intervention often worsens suffering and increases loss of life. “We need to stop trying to be the policeman of the world,” she said to enthusiastic applause. “We need to speak up and loudly against this and for peace. Because of the trillions of dollars spent on wars our schools are languishing, our infrastructure is crumbling, and we are fighting for scraps for the most basic human needs. We can’t afford to act as the policeman of the world and rebuild and plan for strong communities at home. The madness is difficult to comprehend,”
Regarding the question of impeachment of Trump, Gabbard was cautious, stating that: “ … such a move would allow arch-conservative Mike Pence to assume the presidency. “He would be very dangerous,” she said, adding that she feels some Republicans would like to see Trump impeached “because they want Pence.”

4. ( 18:11 ) CRISIS OR TRANSFORMATION? : STOP-GAP BUDGET EXTENSION HINTS AT LAUNCH OF NEW CURRENCY AMIDST LOOMING BANKRUPTCY OF PUERTO RICO.

The eyes will on the US over the coming days as two potentially significant events could happen on May 1st.
As of April 30th, it is now being reported that the first event has now been averted. According to the Today.ng news website: “The US Congress easily passed a one-week stopgap spending bill Friday, assuring there is no embarrassing government shutdown on the 100th day of Donald Trump’s presidency.
After weeks of tense negotiations over federal spending, the measure sailed through the House and Senate just hours before a midnight deadline.”

Perhaps unusual is that it is only a one week extension, which raises questions as to why. One unknown and unvalidated source reported on one website that this extension is connected to the launch of the new US currency, the USN. This source wrote that: “As a result of using this budget extension provision, no trace of said collateral or currency change will be included in the 2017 federal budget when it comes due for a second gold backed extension on Friday May 5th, running through September 30, 2017.
Translated: Obama marched the world's fiat reserve currency (USD) right out the front door tonight, in full public view, and quietly made Trump sign into law a redenominated and REVALUED UST USN without anyone being the wiser.”

The second potential event is the expected announcement that Puerto Rico will not be able to restructure its debt in time for the May 1st deadline, and the US Congress so, far, does not appear to be willing to grant an extension. What this appears to suggest is that Puerto Rico is expected to go into debt default and will thus have to seek creditor protection - essentially meaning that Puerto Rico will be bankrupt.
How this event will be impacted, along with many others, by the short extension of the budget and the alleged launch of the new USN, remains to be seen.

5. ( 21:10 ) BELT AND ROAD: A DEEPER LOOK AT THIS RAPIDLY GROWING EURASIAN NETWORK THREATENING WESTERN HEGEMONY.
CVN has been reporting on the initiatives being taken by Russia, China Iran and other nations from within the BRICS alliance of countries for most of the last five years CVN has been on the air.
Listeners have also heard me mention the new Silk Road, also known by several other names: One Belt, One Road or just simply, OBOR over the last two years as well.
Recently, a Hong Kong business meeting was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia to promote this new Silk Road economic initiative that is being put forth. According to one Hong Kong official offering a keynote address to the group, if one is seeking to be understood as being informed on this initiative, the term is just ‘Belt and Road Initiative’. From this moment on, I am therefore going to refer to it as the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ although, if I am quoting an article that uses any of the old terms, I will quote the terms they use.
The ‘road’ part refers to the land-based traffic and trading networks, while the ‘belt’ refers to the marine-based traffic and trading networks. Venice in Italy, and Koper in Slovenia are both apparently being considered as ports of entry into the European market from international shipping traffic.
To understand this initiative a little better, an article appearing on the CLSA.com website. According to the website, the CLSA claims to be: “CLSA is Asia’s leading and longest-running independent brokerage and investment group”.
The article shares the following: “ At the heart of One Belt, One Road lies the creation of an economic land belt that includes countries on the original Silk Road through Central Asia, West Asia, the Middle East and Europe, as well as a maritime road that links China’s port facilities with the African coast, pushing up through the Suez Canal into the Mediterranean.
The project aims to redirect the country’s domestic overcapacity and capital for regional infrastructure development to improve trade and relations with Asean, Central Asian and European countries.”
In terms of China’s relationship with Silk Road countries, the article writes that: “The key to One Belt, One Road’s success is the development of an unblocked road and rail network between China and Europe. The plan involves more than 60 countries, representing a third of the world’s total economy and more than half the global population. We have ranked each country’s relationship with China from 1 to 5 based on political, economic and historical factors. China’s ultimate goal is to extend the initiative to Africa and Latin America.”
The current unipolar, geopolitical structure is generally now being accepted as collapsing. Western hegemony, and its media empire have been desperately attempting to prevent Russia and China from implementing a more multipolar geopolitical and geoeconomic paradigm that will finally lay to rest the USD as a global reserve currency, if it has not been done already.
The Belt and Road Initiative appears to be a calculated response to western attempts to trap nations into commercial, corporate free-trade agreements like the TPP, TiSA, and TTIP. Most people of the world are now understanding how criminal these trading agreements are to nation-states and to the people of those countries.
In response to the western attempts to trap the countries of the world: “ China plans to negotiate free-trade agreements with 65 countries along the OBOR. Until now China has signed 12 free-trade agreements including Singapore, Pakistan, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Iceland, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Taiwan and a further eight are under negotiation with Japan, Korea, Australia, Sri Lanka, Norway, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, Asean and the Gulf Cooperation Council.”
The irony here is that many fear that China and Russia have ulterior motives for global control, without even considering that the world has already been under the global control of a western banking empire, with help from the Khazarian mafia, the zionists, and numerous other public and highly secret individuals and groups that have been enslaving humanity and destroying the planet for profit, power and control.
The article writes the following: “ What the sceptics miss is that securing economic growth is at the core of national security, as it legitimises the party’s rule. To ease worries, President Xi Jinping has emphasised “Three Nos”
No interference in the internal affairs of other nations
Does not seek to increase the so called “sphere of influence”
Does not strive for hegemony or dominance”

One Belt, One Road.
If one was to ask me if I believe that Russia and China are out for global domination, I guess the answer to this depends upon one’s perspective. To a member of the current global cabal group, facing extinction, they will call it ‘global domination’ because that is also what the global cabal has had over this planet for at least one hundred years and arguably much longer.
Are Russia and China completely trustworthy? The honest answer to this is: I do not know. However, what I do know is that the western countries have done irreparable harm to humanity and the planet, and their strategies are now becoming known. The internet has helped to foster this awareness. I highly doubt the people of the world will allow any one country to take control over the planet again. The people now know what signs to look for, and how to mobilize to challenge anything.
Russia has the power to keep an eye on China. China has the economic might to shut down Russia, so I doubt that either country is going to seek to destroy the other in any short-term period. There is also the rising consciousness of humanity and the planet that needs to be factored into this equation. I highly doubt that this rising consciousness will support any false-intentions for humanity or the planet. Russia has advanced technologies that the US apparently does not have. This suggests that Russia is in contact with some source that has this incredibly advanced technology.
Sources have speculated that this technology is of a non-Earth origin. Assuming this is true for a moment, one could argue that help is being given to remove the global cabal to preserve Earth and any humans choosing to evolve to a new space of consciousness that is more LIFE-honouring.
It could therefore also be argued that technology given can also be taken away, if Russian and/or China later decide to abuse the power given to them to remove this global cabal. Given the choice between a known and very dangerous enemy, and the attempts by Russia and China to shut them down - one will have to decide for oneself which side to take in this increasingly important battle.
The World Economic Forum, a group controlled by the western banking cabal commented on why China is building a new silk road. According to the WEF article by Anna Bruce-Lockhart from June of 2016, she writes that: “
“It is not an economic project, it is a geopolitical project — and it is very strategic,” Nadège Rolland, an analyst at the National Bureau for Asian Research, told foreignpolicy.com. He's not alone in suspecting China of a tactical repositioning in the global economy; it's clear that relationships with the ASEAN region, Central Asia and European countries stand to improve significantly if China directs more of its capital into developing infrastructure overseas.
Moreover, by striking up economic and cultural partnerships with other countries, China cements its status as a dominant player in world affairs.”

This is just a sampling of the growing news of this initiative that seeks to derail once and for all the criminally fraudulent fiat fractional reserve banking system and the USD as global reserve currency. As you may have noticed in some of the headlines, Hungary and Germany are supporting the initiative, which suggests that they recognize that some big changes are soon to come geopolitically to Europe and possibly also to NATO.
What you may have also noticed is that Ukraine apparently is recognizing the benefits of this initiative, and this may be surprising, given the western attempts to blame Russia for their coup of the Ukrainian government and the destruction of that country. This may suggest that some kind of resolution, as far as the US-installed puppet regime of Petro Poroshenko, has been reached, even though western media seems to keep perpetuating a false agenda.

6. ( 32:34 ) FLEXPAT : A POTENTIAL WORKING PROGRAM FOR THE FREE SOUL.
While doing some research for the newscast this week, I came across a website that I am thinking may be beneficial for some who are unemployed and who may be looking for some work, until the larger geoeconomic changes are more publicly revealed.
Could you imagine a job where you could combine the freedom of a freelancer with the income security of an employee? A team of people based in The Netherlands is attempting to deliver this answer.
The website is called FlexPat. For those who know the term ExPat, they will know that this refers to people who are living and working in another country that is not their own. This site appears to target people with an untraditional life, who are seeking to find their way.
According to the FlexPat website: “ Flexpat, is the answer to all those who want to have the benefits of an employee while working freely on projects from across the globe. Flexpat is building a community for those who want to grow personally and professionally by making remote work the new norm. Since Flexpat’s inception in late 2016, ten other travel enthusiasts joined the team to turn universal location independence into reality. From our office in Rotterdam (NL), the Flexpat team is working hard to make remote work a common lifestyle.”
In terms of what FlexPat provides, the website offers this: “Flexpat enables talented people to work from anywhere by providing a range of services designed to make your life easier. We value the importance of having a community which lives, works, travels and enjoys its freedom together. Based on your specific needs, you can choose any of these Flexpat services that fit you the best.”
In the Frequently Asked Questions section, an answer is given to what services the company provides. The website states the following: “
We believe that people should spend most of their time on things they like rather than on tedious, time-consuming organizational tasks. Leave that hassle to us, so you can do the things you like. Flexpat facilitates:
• Income security
• Accommodation
• Workplace
• Skill-building through trainings & workshops
• Community events with like-minded people
• A lot of fun!”
According to this same webpage the kinds of skills they are looking for are: “… skills which can be used remotely. If you can do (parts of) your job from a coffee shop, you fit our requirements. Mainly we are looking for talents in the areas of IT, design, online marketing, finance and legal. For other backgrounds, feel free to sign up and we will determine individually if one of our business partners has demand for your skillset.
Is there job security? According to FlexPat: “Sounds too good to be true, right? So here is our honest explanation: after you sign-up, we will screen your profile, followed by an application process. If you are admitted to the program, we will match you with work from fast growing start-ups and innovative corporates so that you have a guaranteed income. So, every month you receive money to spend on food, tours and a beer or two, while we take care of the boring stuff"
There is a section for employers to fill out, so they can state their expectations and terms. There is a section for potential workers to fill out, in marketing their skills and abilities.
It appears that they are open to suggestions other than the skills they listed above, so you may have nothing to lose by presenting your skills to them.
I have sent a message requesting more information from them, and if the response is favourable, this is a program I may consider signing up for, if it will help support CVN and support me personally.

7. ( 36:51 ) SHARING THE NEWS: ALTERNATIVE SOCIAL MEDIA THAT MAY EFFECTIVELY CHALLENGE FACEBOOK.
In general news;
Moments ago, I offered listeners a site to consider for possible employment, but I would also like to offer some other social media websites for your consideration.
Although a number of listeners really came through to assist me and CVN recently in raising funds, I was still unable to achieve the goal that was set, which means I still have to explore other options to promote the newscast and other possible employment options.
As many know, I am no longer a fan of Facebook, although I do need it because I have found some news stories from things that others post. There is also a lot unwanted stuff, even though I try to unfollow people who post things that I generally am not interested in seeing or even knowing.
Of course, I cannot make anyone leave Facebook, although it would thrill me if everyone would walk away, and we could watch the miracle of watching the stock crash and the shareholders run away. This might humble Facebook into returning back to what it was in the beginning before becoming corrupted.

An article from the GaiaScenicsView website crossed my path this week as I was thinking about this story. This story was asking the question about whether sharing news is feeding the negative energies. This is indeed a question that always sits in my mind when I am writing my newscast, and there are times when I am aware that what I am reporting may feed negative energies within some, even though I do try my best to mute those energies by reminding people to merely observe stories that are potentially negative, without being drawn into them. The author asks the following and continues: “ What are we actually feeding when we share? This is our true point of self-responsibility and it is an important aspect of how we interact with the world.
As we enter higher energies and come into alignment with new paradigm ways of communicating, it becomes paramount to understand what we are feeding with our creative energies and to make choices that bring us into greater resonance with the world we wish to create.”
Having said this, it is clear that Facebook has been limiting exposure to people who are challenging the establishment, while blocking others, and yet allowing meaningless videos and postings to rack up millions of hits. It is clear that there is a deliberate agenda to ensure as many people see information that is useless or possibly also information that is known to be disinformation while limiting the meaningful information.
For example, CVN has about 2600 followers on the Facebook page, and yet when I post the links to the show transcript and summary, I am lucky if my posting makes it to about three or four hundred of them. This means the newscast is not getting out to people anymore. I know others who are experiencing similar and arguably worse problems with Facebook.
There are a few options for social media that I would like to offer to people for their own consideration.
I am currently using LinkedIN, UNSEEN.is, MINDS.com and I have just recently been asked to try mastadon.com.
As I understand it, LinkedIN is generally for making more professional or business-related connections, although it is used as a social media site.

UNSEEN.is is the more private version of the former SEEN.is. SEEN appears to have been bought out by a company in the US and is now called SEEN.life. I set up a profile on SEEN.is, thinking that it would be safer because of the internet privacy laws in Iceland. I was surprised to find out the domain had changed, and that it was now linked to an address in California. I have been unable to access this account for many months now, and I have sent numerous messages to the company, only to be ignored.
Therefore, I strongly encourage anyone considering a profile with SEEN.life to avoid this company. If someone has a SEEN.life profile, and is connected, could someone please post something on the Cosmic Vision News page that I am unable to post there any more, and I highly recommend people to leave this media? This would be appreciated!
I strongly recommend NOT signing up with SEEN.life. I have had a terrible experience with them. (Formerly Seen.is)
UNSEEN.is, as appears to still have its setup connected to Iceland, and for now, I feel pretty comfortable in recommending this as a possible social media to try and maybe use more often.

MINDS.com is the social media site that has apparently been set up by Anonymous. Of course, since we do not know who ‘Anonymous’ is, it is therefore a challenge to figure out if this group is really in service to humanity, or whether the group is a strategy set up by some members connected to the global cabal. For now, it seems to be a pretty decent social media, and I think I also feel pretty comfortable recommending this site as a possible new direction for one to explore.

It is my hope that perhaps we can be begin a movement of the people who are more awake and aware over to some of the other social media, and try to use those networks instead of continually getting frustrated with Facebook.
I am the first to admit that I have needed Facebook for the newsfeed, because I have found many stories from my newsfeed because of what people post. I refuse to no longer post anything about me personally on Facebook and I only use it to post the show summary. It serves a purpose in one way, but I refuse to give Facebook more than they deserve to have.
However, for those who are adventurous and ready to begin moving away from Facebook, I invite you to take a look at these suggestions. If you like one or more of them, and choose to join them, you are welcome to look for Cosmic Vision News and connect with me there. Hopefully we can begin to create a more pure newsfeed of information that can reach more people and not be limited by some corporate agenda.
Social activism has to begin somewhere. Perhaps the time is coming to show Facebook what can really be accomplished with social activism. If anyone feels called to do so, I might suggest a campaign be organized called ‘UNOccupy Facebook’. Maybe by June, we can send a very clear message to their leadership what we think about their corporate policies and strategies.
8. ( 44:15 ) LIBERLAND INITIATIVE: AN UPDATE FROM THE RECENT ANNIVERSARY EVENT TO ESTABLISH NEW NATION-STATE.
As listeners know, a couple of weeks back, I attended the second anniversary of Liberland.
I am in the process of preparing my notes and observations about the project and I will share this information in the very near future.
In order to stay as much as possible in integrity, it is my desire to present my observations first to the Liberland team, as they deserve to receive this from me, instead of hearing about anything I may share that they may disagree with.
I am prepared to report the following however about the event this week. The event was generally well organized, and I commend the team of people who worked so hard to make the event work for those who attended. There were some amazing people there, including two journalists working for a Swedish mainstream news organization, which pleasantly surprised me.
It is very clear that a lot of very intensive planning and strategies have gone into developing the vision of this birthing nation-state. In two years the leadership and government team have gone to great lengths to make sure that this vision has a chance to succeed.
It is my personal belief that this vision does have an opportunity to succeed as long the vision does not become corrupted along the way. There are political challenges to be overcome, including the official surrender of the land from both the Serbian and Croatian governments. The Serbian government apparently has given its blessing for Liberland to occupy the land. Despite the very public support of at least one Croatian member of parliament, the Croatian government is so far strongly refusing to recognize the land claim. So much so, that they are willing to put police boats in the area of Liberland, to prevent occupation of the island, or to arrest anyone who attempts to do so.
The Liberland team has received what appears to be some high-level technical and financial support. At several of the presentations during the weekend, plans were unveiled in several areas, including architecture, technical infrastructure, including the use of blockchains and another network device that will provide very high-level security. I will try to elaborate a little bit more on some of this, but I admit that this was information that went a little bit above my head.
As I said, some extensive and very developed planning, and some visionary people bringing some very promising technological prospects to the project when it finally gets clearance to begin.
Having said all of this, I will add that there will be many who will strongly resonate with the vision and plan being proposed. What I am no longer sure about however, is whether or not this vision is one that will be suitable for listeners of CVN or those who are hoping for a vision closer to that of Auroville in India, for example.
I have some concerns about this project. As I said earlier however, I wish to present these concerns to the leadership team first, and offer them a chance to respond, before jumping to any conclusions or making any assumptions. It is my desire to support projects, not harm them but I also desire to fit people of certain vibrations with communities that will fulfill their expectations and desires.
It is important to emphasize that I do not consider this project ‘bad’ nor ‘wrong’. It will appeal to many. As I noted, I am just not yet convinced it will resonate with CVN listeners.
It is my hope to be able to share more with you all in the next few weeks.

Long time listeners will know that I have offered a holistic definition for the word ‘peace’ based on one’s relation to what I have called LIFE, capitalized, in each moment.
Back in 2005, I chose to define this LIFE, capitalized as being an ever-evolving process encompassing the physical, the non-physical, the visible and invisible that sustains everything on and beyond Earth. Lipton’s explanation here brings validation to this definition.
The late Dr. Wayne Dyer has stated that “if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at, change.” Therefore, in any given moment, one’s ‘truth’ becomes dependent upon how one is viewing and personally defining, some aspect of LIFE in each moment.
Therefore, also in 2005, I offered what I believe is a more holistic definition for the word ‘peace’ as being: “ an internal experience of unconditional love and service to and for LIFE, relative to one’s uniquely different, equally beautiful relation to LIFE in each given moment”.
Therefore, each thought we think, each word we speak and each act we perform becomes an energetic statement affirming one’s personal truth about how one views oneself, but also how one views the whole process of LIFE.
What we are sharing in our social media newsfeeds is also a part of this equation.
In this sense, ‘science’, as it is currently known and understood, is lacking an awareness and understanding of this very basic principle, or is covering up intentionally or unintentionally.
10. ( 55:06 ) BUCKING BIG ENERGY: CHINA OUTLINES AGGRESSIVE RENEWABLE ENERGY STRATEGY TO 2020.
Shifting over to another type of energy for a few moments now. One other possible reason why the US is targeting China at this time, other than the fact that they are helping create a new financial paradigm that threatens the current banking establishment, is China’s movement to directly challenging Big Oil and their former domination of the global energy sector.
Reuters News Service reported the following on January 5th: “ China will plow 2.5 trillion yuan ($361 billion) into renewable power generation by 2020, the country's energy agency said on Thursday, as the world's largest energy market continues to shift away from dirty coal power towards cleaner fuels.
The investment will create over 13 million jobs in the sector, the National Energy Administration (NEA) said in a blueprint document that lays out its plan to develop the nation's energy sector during the five-year 2016 to 2020 period.
The NEA said installed renewable power capacity including wind, hydro, solar and nuclear power will contribute to about half of new electricity generation by 2020.”
An article on the MINDS.com website from January 12th added a little bit more: “ In December, 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China's economic planner, said that the solar industry will receive 1 trillion yuan of spending. This is equivalent to about 1,000 major solar power plants and will increase solar capacity by 5x, nationwide.
"The government may exceed these targets because there are more investment opportunities in the sector as costs go down," said Steven Han, renewable analyst with securities firm Shenyin Wanguo.”

It has long been said that you never throw good money after bad. Following this logic, it is very unwise to use a winfall of money for example, to pay off a bad debt created out of thin air. It is a waste of money. Use the winfall to grow assets.
In this sense, China and Russia have been demonstrating wisdom to the world in two ways. The first has been in selling worthless US Treasury debt bonds, and using those worthless US dollars to buy up physical gold resources to add to their reserves, thus allowing them to launch the financial changes that are now under way.
A second way is that China is using winfalls of money to rebuild its infrastructure.
This is at least partly why the US has been so critical of China. They may claim that China does not pay off certain debts to the western-controlled banking system. China understands that this worthless debt. The US and perhaps other western countries, then attempt to claim that China is ‘stealing jobs’.
China is not ‘stealing jobs’. Instead, it is the western practice of misusing funds for illegal wars and corporate controls, instead of building up a national infrastructure.
From an article on the Collective-Evolution website on January 26th, the following was written: “The recent World Economic Forum (WEF), which took place in Davos, Switzerland, this year, featured Jack Ma, the billionaire founder of Alibaba — a company that has surpassed Wal-Mart as the world’s largest retailer.
He says the United States has no one to blame for their economic woes but themselves, and that most of their problems come from wasteful spending on warfare.
He says, “It’s not that other countries steal jobs from you guys. It’s your strategy. Distribute the money and things in a proper way, you’re supposed to spend money on your own people.”
The Chinese billionaire claimed the U.S. has wasted over $14 trillion on warfare over the past three decades — money that could have been spent on domestic infrastructure, and programs that would benefit the population.”

Back in 2009, I lived in Vancouver for a short period of time. Two people whom I now consider to be personal friends, came into my LIFE-path. This man and woman have dedicated their lives to service for humanity, each in their own unique ways, while supporting and uplifting each other.
Ivan Rados is an author, healer and meditation master who has devoted his life in service to others in helping each to find her or his ‘middle point’. It is his being-ness that states that: “The truth can be experienced in one place just as much as it can in another. It’s as much in you, as it is in anyone else.”

Lana recently published a short video on a revelation she came to and it relates to relations. In 2013, she also published a short commentary entitled ‘The Playground of Relationships’, and recently re-posted it. She offers the following for your consideration. Rados writes:
“ When did we become so entitled and righteous? Has the increase in the life standard done us well, or has it regressed us to infancy?
Most of my couples clients are not even aware that it is their biggest problem. “I deserve…!” He should be there for me whenever I need it! She should fully support me, no matter what! Really? Inside myself, I have long known that I cannot ‘save’ anyone else. In listening to these words however, they resonated strongly within that I was perhaps not always practicing what I thought I knew.
While dealing with my issues surrounding the fear of my ego controlling me, when it came to being a broadcaster, Ivan reminded me to use the ego to push me forward in my service, but to not be attached to any specific outcomes relating to that choice. As the saying goes: be strong in attaining your goals, but flexible in how you get there.
The world has been witness to the struggles of many celebrities. I am becoming more aware of the wounded part of me that has been disguising itself as some kind of noble person doing some service as a communicator. I am aware of the qualities I possess, but I am also aware of how my ego or wounded part of me is creating opportunities for me to ‘save’ someone, or ‘save’ my listeners…something that I know I cannot do. Perhaps this is why I have been so insistent to the listeners that they not accept anything I say as ‘truth’ unless they find something personally relevant in what was shared.
This has given me something to reflect upon in my service, and it is my hope that perhaps some listeners found something meaningful in this as well.

In this week’s FINAL WORDS;
I’ve recently been giving a lot of thought to the concept of ‘peace’ and why it is not present in the world. Since leaving the University For Peace, I have kept pretty quiet about the profession of Peace Education.
Recently, I’ve been reflecting on the years since graduating from the program, and how some of my colleagues and classmates have been publishing papers, and how former professors joyfully pass out accolades and praises for a piece of paper that offers research of this obscure topic. Many of them travel the world and are giving lectures, being recognized and they sincerely believe that they are doing something meaningful and honourable to help the world.
They believe they understand what global peace is, and they are getting high salaries and prestigious recognition for their contribution to ‘peace education’.
Yet, twelve years after graduation, what has ‘peace education’ accomplished? The world has been even worse off than it was the year I started challenging that paradigm. I decided that it was time to call out this profession, and it matters not, because I have already been alienated by virtually all of the peace education peers and colleagues I once knew.
This would suggest to me that I am on to something. Some listeners may have already read my commentary on ‘Peace’ Education on the CVN homepage, so I will not repeat what I shared, but the link will be in the show summary for the FINAL WORDS.
What I started thinking about more however, were all the challenges that I hear people describing when they talk about the education system, and how it is failing students worldwide. Most listeners already know and understand the ROOT SOURCE of the problems relating to education and again, it is not necessarily something that I need to explain again.
Over the years, CVN has looked at, and reported on, a few countries making progressive and even radical changes in their national education programs.
CVN reported on changes in Iceland, and how this country was able to stop substance abuse of their young people in this dark country during the winter. By creating programs, and giving greater emphasis on involvement in programs relating to sport, Iceland today tops the European table for the cleanest-living teenagers.
Given the political and financial changes that the country has also undertaken, it would seem that Iceland is positioning itself as one of the top European countries and possibly also one of the top countries in the western world, if not the world, that is thinking in such a progressive manner for its young people.
In an article by Emma Young of Mosaic accepted for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in January of this year, Young reports that: “Iceland knows how to stop teen substance abuse - but the rest of the world isn’t listening.”

Another story covered by CVN on at least two occasions are the changes taking place in Finland.
Finland embarked on an aggressive strategy to improve education. One opinion article on the HechingReport.org website describes: “ How Finland broke every rule — and created a top school system.”
This article describes what one may experience, for example, if one spends a short period of time in a fourth grade math class. The article writes that: “ Instead of control, competition, stress, standardized testing, screen-based schools and loosened teacher qualifications, try warmth, collaboration, and highly professionalized, teacher-led encouragement and assessment.”

The Finland National Agency For Education on its website writes that: “The focus in education is on learning rather than testing. There are no national tests for pupils in basic education in Finland. I kept reflecting on this over and over, while also observing what is unfolding in the world and how detached people seem to be from each other, and yet so attached to their electronic devices. I have wondered time and again if there would ever be a recognized and accepted way to give today’s technology-addicted children a chance to reconnect to family, to friends, to nature, to our planet….but perhaps most importantly, to themselves.
It began to occur to me that if a national government truly cared about its young people, and I am the first to admit that the vast majority of countries do not care about their young people, despite their abundance of excuses and defences, they would set up a program, and a condition for graduation, that involved living in an environment where the kids had no access to their electronic devices.
The particular thought that came to me was that for children to graduate from ages 4-7, kids would not be allowed to have electronic devices during the day at school. Programs would be more interactive, such as the programs being implemented in Finland.
To graduate from each year during public school, the kids would have to spend two weeks at a camp where no internet or wifi connection would be available. This would be a condition for graduation and since all the kids would have to do it, then they would be able to support each other by doing something most of them have no idea how to do: REALLY communicate and interact with each other while doing other activities.
To graduate each year in high school, there would be a three week minimum commitment. To receive a high school diploma, it would require at least a four week commitment with bonuses for additional weeks.
If there was a camp that could be shared by several public and high schools, the high school students could become mentors and councillors for the younger grades, so they learn leadership and confidence skills. Meditation and nature experiences would help each child develop and nurture new relations with people and the planet. They could learn to grow food, or build adobe structures that could be used for future accommodations or activities. Practical skills that could help prepare them for a world where automation is likely to take away all the traditional jobs that the current economy is dependent upon.
It would take a radical change and a quick one at that. I rather wish I had pushed this idea many years ago. I’m not sure if that route was part of my LIFE-path or not, or maybe I was just too scared to follow through on it. Maybe I was still holding on to journalism, although journalism does not seem to be supporting me very well, at least not yet.
As doors open up to speak to groups in the future, I am planning to address this topic more and more. It is part of the truth that I am feeling compelled to communicate and part of the role I am do in my service as a ‘peace educator’ a broadcaster, and as a journalist.
The world we want is coming. Can we find ways to offer the ideas that people might willingly choose, to manifest that world more quickly and find the courage to make it so?
